I’ve had experience dealing with Gemini and have been impressed with how professional and well-run the operation is. Communication has been clear and helpful, and everyone I’ve dealt with has been courteous and supportive. The drivers I’ve met have been a great bunch and it feels like a company that takes its responsibilities seriously.
Firstly trade plating isn’t for everyone. Can be very long hours and early starts / late finishes but this is certainly not every day. If you work with the planners and use basic common sense / plan ahead to achieve the moves this can be a fun and enjoyable role. The money isn’t great but the more effort you make, the more you can earn. Office support and the way expenses are managed are far better than other similar companies I have driven for. Highly recommended but again I stress this isn’t for everyone.
Sent 3 vehicles with Gemini drivers. 1 car damaged, one deliveried 2 days late and one stolen from a drivers house! All tracked and found to be excessive speeding and taking the car out for joy rides around roundabouts at early hours in the morning. Lucky I have contracts, dash cams and trackers to identify the drivers. Won't be using again. Joe is useless at trying to solve any problem you have. Avoid at all cost.
