Wonderful experience from start to finish. We hired them to install laminate flooring in our living room, master bedroom hallway, and closets, and they exceeded every expectation. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Their workmanship is excellent, and they kept everything clean throughout the process. Highly recommend.

We recently had Genesis Flooring and Renovation replace all of the old flooring in our home, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the project was handled professionally, completed on schedule, and the quality of workmanship was exceptional. A special thank you to Thais, who did an outstanding job coordinating the project, keeping everything organized, and staying in touch with us throughout the entire process. Her communication and attention to detail made everything smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you as well to Bruce, who led the installation. His craftsmanship was second to none. He never cut corners, took the time to do everything properly, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure the finished product was of the highest quality. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. If you're looking for a flooring company in Central Florida that delivers outstanding quality, honest workmanship, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend Genesis Flooring and Renovation. Thank you to the entire team for transforming our home—we couldn't be happier with the results!

I had a great experience with Genesis Flooring from start to finish. Communication was always clear and consistent, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work. You can tell they really care about the details because everything in our home came out clean, and beautifully finished with the new vinyl flooring. Bruce and his team were amazing to work with. They were respectful, friendly, and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy. It honestly felt like having people in our home who genuinely cared about doing a great job, and the final result shows it. I would definitely recommend them.
