Below average customer servise. I purchased a sink and a rack, price of sink was resonable but price of rack was way more than other shops. Our plumber was unable to fix the sink properly the shop ownerz straight way refused to guide or send anyone to help fix the sink. They are more like once its sold ...its not our headache ... Will never step in that shop again ....
Excellent services, quality products available in very reasonable rates Including gas cylinders, stoves, sanitary, washing machine pipes, etc.
They may have good variety and competent prices but that all does not make a business good. I bought approx 1 lac worth of sanitary items and one plastic drain pipe worth RS 150 was faulty. They did not take it back making it plumber's fault. I wish,I had not bought anything from them. Absolutely, not recommended.
