I went here for a recuritment drive that the company was organizing and the date for this is 3/2/2024 and the company is very nice. I must they treated 500+ students like there own. Not only did they provided water but snacks and everyone was friendly. Tells a lot about a company. Personally it is a great to begin your career and always do your research that is given and also recommended always.
I want to share my honest interview experience with Girikon. I saw a post from HR and shared my profile. The next day I received a call and was told about the full interview process. First, there was an AI assessment. I cleared it. Then came a technical round that lasted around 1.5 hours. I was asked everything about Salesforce Development, LWC, and my project experience. I cleared that too. After that, they scheduled another technical round. I cleared that as well. Then came the HR round. I completed that too. In total, I invested 15–20 days in this entire process — preparing, attending interviews, and waiting for updates. After finishing all rounds, I waited for a week. No response. I tried calling and following up multiple times. No proper communication. Finally, I was told that the project is on hold and they are not releasing offers right now. If the project comes, they will release offers. My simple question is: If there is no confirmed project, why conduct multiple technical rounds and take so much of a candidate’s time? Candidates invest time, energy, and hope in these processes. The least expected is transparency and respect for their time. This was honestly disappointing.
