Hands down the best car buying experience ever. As we all know buying a car is typically a nightmare. But with Joe Sanfilippo & his team, they were all amazing & made this a pleasant experience. Joe really went the extra mile! He took the time to answer all my questions & explained all my options to make sure I was truly getting what I wanted & was happy with everything. Besides Joe, Mead was very patient with me in getting all the paperwork finalized & working with me on making the #s all come together. Even their service department was incredibly friendly. Justin could see that I was having a hard time walking from my accident so when returning my JEEP me parked it as close to the door as possible so I wouldn’t have to walk as far, now if that isn’t customer service, I don’t know what is!! I highly recommend this place!

I had bought a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee from Dan at this location. From the moment I walked in to the closure of the sale, this company must be new in business because customer service isn’t top teir here. Suprisingly because they reside on Manchester you’d think you’d get top teir customer service not. Well first of all they don’t have any water for customers which was odd other dealerships have a variety of drinks and snacks for paying customers while they wait. While I was doing paper work I was lied to and was told that my credit check approval wasn’t good for 30 days and it was only good for Glendale jeep, which I could had taken anywhere. They tried to blind side me and tried adding 7-8,000 dollars worth of extras on top of the loan price with out asking me and then when I told them I wasn’t interested they brought another guy in to basically tell me I needed all these extras and I’m like I’m good man. I close on the jeep and I hop in my new ride and there’s no gas in it, the porters cleaned the car but didn’t fuel it up the salesman had to drive the car and use his gas card to fill it up himself. Then a few days later I realize the tires that are dated from 12/2022 are cracking and dry rot is starting to occur and I bought this car certified pre owned with 42,000 miles and I call and ask if I can get new tires because it’s poor sales practice to sell a become with minimum tread on them to pass the 125 point certified pre owned inspection. Then I talked to the sales manager and he had told me that tires usually last 50,000 miles and if they’d of put on new tires the price would of went up 1500 bucks. He follows with oh I can give you a nice discount on some new tires or just put some tire shine on the tires and you’ll be fine LOL. Also there was some black gew or something on the wheels where curb rash was on the wheels and well it rubbed off and shows that one of the wheels scuffed up now. I just thought Well you should of put new tires on the car anyways if they were almost close to being replaced and you’re selling the car certified pre own. and the brakes and rotors are minimum also which those will have to be replaced here soon too just bad sales tactics to me . The experience at Glendale jeep was subpar, I recommend Bommarito for your next car purchase or a different dealership. Because the tire thing really made me feel like I got scammed on such a beautiful car. I won’t be returning to buy another car and I surely won’t be bringing my car in for any Maintaince to Glendale Jeep. I’ll take my business to another certified jeep dealership. Thank you for your time.
We bought 3 new vans and one used vehicle for my company from this place. We have had ongoing issues with one of the vans for months. I have brought it in 3 times. They said maybe it's this, maybe it's that, they "fixed" a few things. One time they literally sent me a message saying the van was fixed and to come pick it up. I had my driver call first to make sure they test drove it first. They assured him that they had. When the porter went to driver it around to the front, the same thing happened again and they had to take it back again. After the last time, they told me they couldn't get it to replicate the problem. Jason told me that if it happened again, to call him and he would ride along with my driver to see if he could catch it happening. Well, it's happening again and Jason is ducking my calls. My driver went up there with the van and Jason informed him that that's what his techs are for. This is the man who TOLD me to call him. We are losing money every day with this. They want $100/day for a rental. They're trying to charge me $261 to look at the van. Again. For something they've never fixed. Edit to add: Finally heard back from Jason after posting the review. He promised to work with me on trying to sort out this issue. We will see how it goes. Edit again: Here we go again. They've had it 2 more days and no communication.
