Highly recommend for your outdoor Christmas lighting needs! They were very quick to respond with quotes, giving us options. They were very responsive via texting/emailing with our questions and flexible with their timing (as were we, we booked them prior to Thanksgiving to 'beat the holiday rush'). Juarez and his crew were very professional, friendly and their finished work was great, hiding any wires. We compared to 2 other companies and this was the most valuable, best bang for our buck as we didn't want to keep the lights up year-round. PS We're adding our own garage door and front door 'holiday wrap/cover' soon and 'net lights' over a few bushes by road, which should complete the whole scene.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, completely unreliable If there was an option to rate this company less than 1 star, I would. It is February 7th and my husband has just removed our own Christmas lights. Here are all of the unresolved issues which I have given this company weeks to remedy. -Very late to put up Christmas decorations due to low staff; yet didn't hesitate to collect all funds -We had asked for the sides of the house to be lit with holiday lights, we were charged an extra $400, I have asked repeatedly to be given a refund for this. I was told that it was sent to accounting. Two months later, no refund. - A quarter of the lights did not work, no remedy. - Have not returned to take the lights down after repeated calls, requests and to let them know that I would be contacting the BBB and to write reviews. - I called again Thursday (I have called and text the company at least ten times and been blown off) to inform that we still have Christmas lights up and can't receive confirmation that this will even happen. I made them aware that we will be removing ourselves. -We have now removed from the roof ourselves and paid another company to assist in the areas that we couldn't reach ourselves. -Hands down this is the WORST customer service I have ever received in any industry. We worked with this company last year and didn't have any issues at all. A very different story this year.

JuaJua Cleaning made my 15+ year old roof look fresh and clean again. I've included a few "Before" photos and an "After" photo to this review. Very happy with the roof! We did have a couple small issues occur during our cleaning, but I found the Central Office team, especially Renata, to be incredibly helpful and responsive in working to address our concerns. First, the crew used the improper balance of chemicals, so they had to return later that week to re-clean. Renata was very apologetic and explained the mistake was due to a faulty setting on their machine. Second, we had a few plants that were accidentally damaged by the chemicals that the crew used to clean the roof, and Renata worked with us to find a solution, even coming by the house to inspect the plants herself a few weeks after the cleaning. I don't think these issues we experienced are very common, as I read countless five star reviews before booking them. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, as they seem like a good company that is doing their best to offer a great service. Thank you, JuaJua! - Will
