I had such a great experience at Golden Aura Cryo & Wellness! I met with Jenny and Poppy — they took great care of me and explained everything thoroughly. I did the InBody assessment (interesting to learn so much about my body right from the get-go), cryo, red light therapy, and their Metabolic Reset IV, and I honestly felt like I had more energy almost instantly. Everything felt so refreshing, and I left feeling energized and motivated to keep working toward my wellness goals. I’m already looking forward to coming back and making this part of my routine.
