Solid massage and felt relaxed afterwards. They focus quite heavily on upper body and which is good especially for office workers. There is a radio music that comes from a different room someone which plays pop music which detracts from the relaxing atmosphere. The reception area is decent and quite peaceful even in peak hours.

The purpose of this review is to provide feedback, so there is an opportunity for growth and to succeed. I visited here at 6:45pm on 8 November, and was attended by Yayee. While the environment was clean and the massage itself was adequate, the overall experience was let down by the level of customer service. There was a noticeable lack of warmth or attentiveness throughout the session and even from the staff at the front desk, which made the experience feel impersonal and transactional. It didn’t seem like Yayee’s intention was to provide poor service — rather, it felt like a lack of engagement or care in ensuring the customer felt welcomed and comfortable. For example, engaging with the customer, by asking how’s your day, and how do you feel, during the session, are simple questions that make the experience warm and memorable. In the end, I’d say it was an average experience that could have been improved significantly with more genuine communication and attention to detail.
