Working with Jason was a very positive experience for my husband and I. We found Jason to be highly efficient, diligent and above all, a professional. He knows the value of time and has excellent communication skills. He gave us what we wanted, kept us informed at every stage and therefore we highly recommend Jason and his Team to anyone out there looking for a Property Manager. Cheers Pree
Being a very busy working professional, I found it difficult to manage my rental property. Jason from Airpropty stepped in at the right time. I found him and his team very professional and efficient to manage my property and tenant. I find Jason working very fairly with me as a landlord and tenants dealing with our property issues. I would highly recommend this excellent team with great communication skills and right attitude.
Never communicated properly, always try to make more commission out of my rent from tenants. Jason is a liar don't trust him there are 1000's of property manager around Manukau please don't get trapped with him try someone else. He did only 1 inspection for the property in last in 12 months that too sent me the incorrect property inspection report. Proving that he is Highly unprofessional, lack of communication, no man of words and never responds to the messages or calls. Also always blaming his staff for anything wrong done. Lastly, I have lot to say but really don't want to spend my valuable time on him.
