Maybe it was just an off day for this production. My process took about 2 months total but the final product (received August 10,2026) was extremely underwhelming. Not sure why the gum line is extremely pointy rather than following my natural gum line, considering I had to redo my molds (which was cracked when I received it!). The final product doesn't even reflect what my natural tooth shape looks like 😭 what I received looks big and uniform like veneers. It was also stained (maybe they didn't buff it?) and had a heavy metallic scent after unwrapping it. These didn't even fit my teeth. Their online work looks really good! Not sure what happened with my order lol. Especially since I spent $500+ on this. lol I'll take my L on this. I did a lot of research on this company before going.
I had such a wonderful experience with this company, I'm not quite sure where to begin. First, the customer service is AMAZING! Due to no fault of the company (I did not update my address), the employee who assisted me was able to have my package rerouted to my current address Michigan, even after it was delivered to the old California address. Second, the quality of the grill is amazing and it fits perfectly. I have purchased a grill from a different company in the past, and this one fits and feels way better. Third, the instructions are clear and the process is easy to follow. I did have trouble creating the initial mold, but I was able to order a replacement mold kit and do it correctly on my second try (make sure to bite down hard). Again, the customer service alone will make me purchase from them again if I decide I want another grill in the future!
