I was able to get a same day appt to fix a blown heating element on my dryer. They kept me informed of my technician’s approximate arrival time, which was spot on/early (which was great for me). Zhan was extremely knowledgeable, had a replacement part with him and cleaned the entire unit and all around the laundry area. Knowledgeable/nice professionals, reasonable/logical pricing, on time and thorough.
I’ve rarely met a better professional team. David was amazing at diagnosis and fix. Our fridge was leaking and it was a complex fix. But David made it look easy and their prices are perfect. They could have double charged for repeat visit but they did not. True pros.
Sam was great! He arrived on time, was very courteous and worked efficiently, pleasantly explaining the steps he took throughout the repair of my microwave oven. Saved me several hundred dollars if I had been forced to buy a replacement because my model is built-in and now obsolete. Would definitely recommend!
