Was very impressed with the quality of the service - not only was my XL rug returned looking better than ever, but Mert was helpful and knowledgable, even throwing in some great tips on how to care for our other rugs in the space! Great experience, will be returning when it's time to clean our rugs again.
Mert is so professional and calls back right away, arranges a good time to both pick up and deliver, and takes care in cleaning rugs. Reasonably priced on top of top-flight, customer driven service. What more can one ask? Don’t get your rugs cleaned anywhere else!
Mert was great from start to finish. The cleaning was reasonably priced and the customer service was amazing! We are very happy with the end result and would definitely use his services again. He really knows his rugs and obviously takes pride in what he does. No need to look elsewhere!
