We contacted him at 8:30 in the morning for an a/c recharge on a GMC Acadia. He said he’d be here in an hour. We didn’t hear from him until 10:05 when he told us he’d be 15 minutes. At 11:15 we finally messaged him not to bother coming at all. He showed up a few minutes after that saying “well I’m here now if you still want me to do it” - no apology, no explanation. The morning was already gone! We have things to do. The only reason we were making arrangements with him is because he gave us a timeframe that worked better than bringing it into a shop. Then he didn’t show up until almost two hours after he initially said he would. We should have just gone to Fountain Tire. Edit to respond to owner: Thank you for the apology. I had to make alternate arrangements for my children while waiting for you. From one small business owner to another, good communication is a skill that is invaluable. Good Luck!
