Greater Southern Game Room &PatioPROVerified business?

They were extremely good to work with. And the team that came and installed the pool table did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company for your pool table needs.

I had a really great experience purchasing my new Godzilla pinball machine. My sales rep was very nice and very communicative through the whole process. The delivery team was knowledgeable and very friendly. This is a very reputable company that should get a look if you are in the market for any recreational products. Oct 2024: Update: I had a small warranty issue with a flipper being stuck. Greater Southern literally had someone there the next morning to fix. Again- great company.

My experience with Greater Southem was phenomenal. From the phone call inquiring about pool tables, JD took his time explaining the difference in the tables and quality of each. He invited to the store to take a look around. I did go to the store and again JD showed me around and answered all my questions. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Delivery day comes and two gentlemen arrived. They were so kind and professional. I have a no shoe house rule and ask them to put on footies. Yet, with the in and out of my home to grab equipment, that did seem feasible and plus they were not allowed due to safety. So, they covered my floor from entry to where they were working. One of them ensure that the placement was correct and explained the distance from each wall. Once they were finished, it was explained how the table need to be setup, all my extra equipment and my invoice After they left, JD called to see how I liked my pool table and I am and still happy with the process. If you want a great pool table or other games for your home start with Greater Southern and work with JD. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. JD is an amazing sale representative.
