👍🔥👍👍👍👍I made an order in March 2025 to Russia. Unfortunately, we had two unsuccessful attempts to send in connection with complex postal logistics and this situation in the world. The parcels were simply lost somewhere in Turkey. Fortunately, the respected Muhammad all this time remained in touch and made all possible and impossible efforts to send us our order to Dubai, from where we have the opportunity to transfer the package. Thank you so much for your responsiveness! The tools are excellent, and the variety of models is really the best!!!

Very bad experience with this equipment supplier, I warn any overseas small or large customers to make business with them, especially if you order online, I ordered surgical instruments with clear specifications proved by email communication with Sale Department, through a gentleman called Mr.Mohammed, but unfortunatly they send me wrong instruments costing me more than 400USD,they claim falsely that I order that on thire website, which they never proof, they refuse to return wrong articles,or exchange it even if I pay for shipping back and forth, they even block my email on customer's service contacts, they refuse even to answer my multiple requests to resolve the problem after I contacted them on face book insttigram and tweeter. This never happened to me with online orders from China or USA or Euroup. This refects how this company treat small businesses. I strongly regert to deal with this company and thire sales rep. which unfortunatly his name is Mohammed.

Came through as promised. Just need to keep in mind takes a little longer from overseas. Great products at great prices. I am a Happy Customer.
