Ursula is a miracle worker! We have had our Maltese for 11 years… For the last 5 or so years his behaviour and fear of groomers was horrible! We’ve had to heavily sedate, muzzle and just hope for the best with other horrible groomers! Ursula took the time and energy to help us RETRAIN our little boy. We went once a week for a matter of months just to get him comfortable! After 6 months of training and at home work we finally went today and he got an amazing cut! Just like how he used to prior to his fear of groomers! The ladies really went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I’m speechless to be honest! If you have a hard time finding a groomer for your pups please go see these ladies!

I brought my 5-month old kitten to Ursula for a full groom (bath, de-shedding, drying, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and sanitary trim). Ursula and her team were fantastic - professional, efficient, and so sweet to my kitty. Not only did my kitty look and smell great afterward (her fur is so soft and shiny!) but she was comfortable enough to want to explore at the end of it. Ursula also took the time to teach me how to bathe my kitty on my own, something which I really appreciate as a first-time pet owner. Finally, the price for the treatment is very reasonable, which is an added bonus. I will definitely visit again!
