Grooming Loft PetSalonPROVerified business?

We have been going to Ursula’s Grooming Loft for almost a year now and we’ve always had a pleasant experience. My dog is quite shy and is an introvert. She gets very frightened easily as well but with Ursula and her groomers, she trusts them. I really like that once Mocha is done grooming, she is able to play with toys and roam around. With other groomers, they are put into crates and my dog did not have a good experience with that. We are always happy to go to Ursula and she does an incredible job making her feel comfortable and safe. She knows exactly what we like and always gives us feedback!

I’ve been bringing my dog Pixie to The Grooming Loft for over 3 years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is incredibly professional, kind, and courteous, and they are truly amazing with dogs. A special shoutout to Ursula, who is absolutely wonderful. She is so caring, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. It’s rare to find someone who treats your pet like their own, and Ursula does exactly that. What I really appreciate is that they always know exactly what to do—there’s never a need to explain things repeatedly. They consistently do an excellent job, and Pixie always comes back looking great and feeling happy. Pixie loves going there—she gets pampered with treats and so much love and attention. The environment is warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly recommend The Grooming Loft to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional groomer!

I brought my 5-month old kitten to Ursula for a full groom (bath, de-shedding, drying, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and sanitary trim). Ursula and her team were fantastic - professional, efficient, and so sweet to my kitty. Not only did my kitty look and smell great afterward (her fur is so soft and shiny!) but she was comfortable enough to want to explore at the end of it. Ursula also took the time to teach me how to bathe my kitty on my own, something which I really appreciate as a first-time pet owner. Finally, the price for the treatment is very reasonable, which is an added bonus. I will definitely visit again!
