I recently purchased a 2026 M1000R from Adam and Ed, the process could not have been more seamless! I did not feel like they were only interested in the sale but more about finding the right bike and options for my personal riding style. I had an amazing experience buying my Ducati from Ducati Fort Myers. After a pretty disappointing experience elsewhere this was the complete opposite in the best way. In today’s world especially with powersports and motorcycle dealers it’s rare to find a place that makes the buying experience feel honest personal and actually enjoyable but Ducati Fort Myers really stands out. What made it even more unique was that we didn’t just get a quick handshake from the owner Ed. He actually took the time to handle the entire transaction himself and was our salesperson from start to finish. You can tell right away why this family owned business has been around since the early 2000s. Ed was upfront honest easy to communicate with and never made us feel like we were being taken advantage of or pushed into anything. He’s honestly the reason we ended up going with Ducati. The finance consultant was phenomenal as well and made everything smooth and straightforward. The gentleman who took us on the test rides and handled the delivery was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything was explained properly. Overall the entire experience felt professional honest and personal. It was a unique buying experience that really stood out from what I’ve come to expect in this industry. Been having my bike, serviced this dealership for quite some time now. I know they may have a reputation for being expensive but the more I’m their customer the more I understand why. My motorcycle is like a finally tuned watch. The customer service is top-notch.. Kevin goes out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. I won’t let anyone else to touch my bike.
