I had a very disappointing experience with this Guru Punvaanii Properties Pvt Ltd. The project has been significantly delayed and the management has consistently failed to provide accurate updates. Communication has been poor with frequent miscommunication and changing timelines that have caused unnecessary frustration. As a customer, we expected transparency and timely delivery, but neither was met. The lack of accountability and proactive communication has made the entire experience stressful. Before buying property with Guru Punvaanii please visit and see the situation of Guru Punvaanii Etasha project. They initially promised an “island themed” project, but the reality on site is completely different and feels more like a barren, unfinished space resembling a desert rather than the advertised concept. I also strongly advise others not to trust blindly the management or the owner based on my experience.

Service provided by GP is of very low quality. Their CRM team is of no use. The project completion is delayed and there’s legal dispute despite of which this team has urged us to register the plots. Terrible team and disgusting service!
