This gym and training is for anyone looking to build a life changing health conscious life style. The trainers will gauge what your current level and will build a plan to get you to your body and health goals. For begginers or for people in shape/athletic looking to get to the next level.
HABIT is my go-to! Whether it's the group classes with Jalen or the private sessions with Tony, you are guaranteed to get an amazing workout. They push you mentally but also take care and listen to your body and your needs. Not only that the environment is equally part rugged, fun, and inspiring. For the last 1.5 years, HABIT has been my home and I don't see myself ever leaving. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a workout, a good time, good people, and a good community.
Started going by to this gym and I really enjoy it. Classes are small and personalized. Tony makes sure you use proper form and makes sure you don't slack off. People at the gym are really friendly and enthusiastic about working out. This isn't your regular gym where you will go and then they forget about you! They really care about your commitment and fitness goals. If you're looking to get in shape I highly recommend this gym.
