Honestly if you’re going to read any review it should be this one. I came to Hail & Collision Repair Center with a scuff on the bumper of my BMW M340 and I was hesitant to give anyone my car as most people on Facebook were sketchy and all the shops were overpriced. Sebas had my car looking brand new with a 1 day turnaround period for cheaper than what people on Facebook were quoting me. Paint was perfectly blended in and I couldn’t even tell there was damage prior to his repair. He also threw in dent removals all around my car. No hassle no delay no worries. It’s a family run business and him and his wife are the sweetest couple. They take real pride in what they do. Kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and communicated instantly every time. Here’s where their honesty and integrity comes in, After the repair they reached out to me to make sure the service was satisfactory. I realized there was minor damage on my grill and informed them, they immediately apologized for the employee’s mistake and paid me the full amount for a replacement grill. They also refinished my carbon spoiler that was fading, installed my front lip and rear diffuser all free of charge for this inconvenience. Accidents will happen anywhere but honest people that take accountability are hard to find. I will be posting pictures of their work. Honestly amazed by their service and will be recommending them to anyone who’s in need of bodywork. Especially for luxury vehicles. I’m sure they’re already very trusted as every time I came by they had multiple luxury vehicles that they were working on.
