I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had to for Hail & Collision Auto Body. I recently bought a luxury vehicle with minor bumper damage and made the mistake of using a mobile repair guy from Facebook Marketplace. Big mistake. He literally put putty on the bumper and spray-painted it. When I started looking for a real repair, two well-known body shops quoted me almost half of what I paid for the car. After calling around, I found Hail & Collision and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was courteous and professional, and Ms. B at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. They kept me updated throughout the process and finished the repair on time. What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. They explained my options clearly and helped me choose a solution that gave me the results I wanted without overspending. The final result looks amazing. High-quality work at a fair price. I would confidently recommend Hail & Dent Auto Body to anyone. They truly take pride in their work.
I had an excellent experience with Hail & Collision Repair Center and couldn’t be happier with the transformation of my vehicle. The quality of work truly exceeded my expectations — my car looks like new again. Britney at the front office was professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, keeping me informed at every step. John, the technician who worked on my car, did an outstanding job. His attention to detail and craftsmanship really show in the final result.
