We had an amazing experience on the 2-day, 1-night Mount Rinjani trek, followed by a waterfall tour with HaLoMi Trekker. It was truly an unforgettable adventure. Mount Rinjani was a challenging but highly rewarding trek. Our guides, Hadie and Ilham, together with the porter team, took excellent care of us throughout the journey. They adjusted their pace to match ours, helped us find secure footing on difficult sections of the trail, and were always ready to lend a hand when the terrain became particularly challenging. The porter team also provided delicious hot meals, fresh fruit, and snacks throughout the trek. When we arrived at camp, everything was already prepared for us, including clean tents, camp tables and chairs, and even a private toilet tent. Their hard work and attention to detail made the experience more comfortable and enjoyable. One suggestion for an even better experience would be to provide guides with more educational information about Mount Rinjani, its history, geology, wildlife, and the local culture and surroundings. We would have enjoyed learning more about the area during the trek. Thanks to Balqis for coordinating the logistics, and to the entire team for making our Rinjani adventure such a wonderful and memorable experience.

2 of of us did a 4d3n Rinjani climb with Halomi between 23 and 25 June 2027. I will recommend Halomi anytime to anyone climbing Rinjani because of: 1. 1st class service where tents, tables and chairs set up for us. This made the camping experience a unique and very comfortable climb. My advice is to pay a bit more and get 1 person to a tent instead 9f sharing a tent. With 2 persons and their backpacks, tent is very cramped. We each had a tent to ourselves, way way more comfortable. 2. The staff, especially the guide assigned to us "Moon", are 1st class again. I'm 60 and my climbing buddy is 71. Moon ensured that we did not hurt ourselves while climbing. He took really good care of us always. The porters / cooks were so hardworking and cooked filling, yummy meals for us, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Couldn't have asked for more. 3. Don't compare climbing companies by price, compared by service. On service, Halomi did very well and we were very happy with them. 4. Do ensure you tip the porters and guide well. They do not earn much and tips are essential for them, so be generous. 5. Pay the extra for the "Gojek" motorcycle taxi ride from trail entrance to pos 1. It's not much more but it will save your strength for the climb or when you're so tired after descending. 6. Pak Balqis kept in touch with us all the time via WhatsApp. He types in excellent English and was clear with all details including pricing. No regrets with Halomi, best service

10-13 May 3D2N Rinjani Trek | Sembalun to Senaru Our driver Diyaz picked us from the airport and dropped us off at our next location after the trek. He was very helpful and professional! Yusril was our guide for the waterfall tour. He was very professional and knowledgeable! We learn from him that he is training to be a mountain guide and we know that he will do great in future! Hadie and his team of porters took very good care of us throughout the trip, from food we ate to keeping our morale high! He was very professional and flexible, making a change of plans to forgo the hike down to the lake and exit from Senaru when he realised we were struggling. Huge thank you to the team for taking good care of us!
