Certain things were pricey but I love this place!!! Kristen does a great job taking time with each person that comes in. There are unique things here that I have not seen at other pharmacies, but would not have bought unless I came here! Store is very clean, bright, and has other products to buy besides filling prescriptions. It is worth coming for staff who explain medication purposes and don't make you feel dumb for the questions you ask. Love this place and the staff and fully recommend for anyone needing a new pharmacy!

Short version: My partner and I had the BEST experience ever at Hann’s pharmacy. I’ve been floored by their services. Kristen is the most compassionate, thoughtful, professional, diligent, caring human on earth. I’m forever grateful for her help. Long version: I had been trying to freeze my egg for the second cycle this summer. Has confirmed the number of Menopur units are enough, but last minute found out we ran out of the medication today. I was freaking out because I didn’t want so many injections to have been in vain. We reached out to Hann’s pharmacy after-hour line, left a message and very shortly after, Sami the manager reached out to us. She called back, listened, and truly knew the urgency of the situation given fertility medication timing. She offered to hold our hands through this process and eventually got on a phone call with another big pharmacy for us. Within an hour, Sami reached out to the pharmacy, got a hold of Kristen, the owner and pharmacist who eventually exchanged information with the original big pharmacy, and helped us with getting our prescription late at night. We are forever thankful for how responsive, thoughtful, professional and HUMAN this whole experience was. It was a very tough month for me and this experience is becoming the anchor that gets me through the rest of my egg freezing cycle. For anyone reading this review, please feel free to trust that they’ve got your back. They are the BEST. PERIOD. NO CAP. As an independent pharmacy, Hann’s Pharmacy is able to give that exceptional customer service that does not exist with the other retail pharmacies.
