As a new patient, I was a really nervous at first because this office is in an unfamiliar area for me, and I’m used to seeing my longtime family dentist back home in Georgia. However, once I got inside, those concerns quickly disappeared. The treatment area was clean, organized, and everything appeared to be properly sanitized. Ruby was wonderful, she took my X-rays and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Tran was also kind, patient, and took the time to make me feel at ease. She explained everything clearly and answered my questions, which really helped build my confidence as a new patient. I also appreciated that they were able to fit me in for my cleaning the same day since they had an opening. It made the entire visit very convenient. Overall, I had a great first experience. I left feeling comfortable and confident in my care, and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you to Ruby, Dr. Tran, and the team for making my first visit such a positive one!

Not only are the folks at Hapii great at dentistry (and they truly are!), they’re kind, compassionate, funny, and great at explaining the science behind their work. They’re great at keeping patients distracted from some of the more uncomfortable or painful parts of appointments, which I deeply appreciate. I used to be so nervous going to the dentist; now I actually look forward to it.

I didn't enjoy my experience at this dental office. I went for the first time and I didn't like the the dated atmosphere. A little too bright and the music was a little too loud for me as well. Also, after getting my x-rays they wanted me to get scheduled for a cleaning and filling which was fine, but they wanted me to put down a deposit in order to set the appointment. I had never experienced that at the other dentist offices I have been to. Ultimately, I decided not to go back there for my cleaning and filling.
