Very bright and welcoming place! I brought my two toddlers for their check up. My eldest was comfortable very quickly and finally got a positive dental check up experience. He was even more excited when he was given a toothbrush and toy to take home. My youngest had his first dental visit and the staff and dentist did everything to make him and us feel comfortable. He had a great first dental visit. Looking forward to continuing our kids dental care at this location. We were very impressed and appreciative of the welcoming atmosphere.

We had an amazing experience today! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind and welcoming. My daughter was very nervous and scared at first, but the dentist was incredibly patient, gentle, and caring. He took the time to talk to her, make her feel comfortable, and completely earned her trust. By the end of the appointment, she wasn’t afraid at all and allowed him to do everything she needed. I am truly grateful for the exceptional care and compassion we received. It’s not easy to find a dentist who is so skilled with children, and today exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for making such a positive experience for my daughter. We highly recommend this office to any family looking for a caring and professional dental team!

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in until the end of our visit. The front desk staff greeted my children and me warmly, making us feel welcome right away. The dental assistants were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and so kid-friendly. They kept my children calm throughout the visit. Dr. Jagad was fantastic with my kids even my one-year-old did surprisingly well because of how gentle and caring they were. We came to Happy Hoppers after having a very negative experience at Kangaroo Smiles, and the difference was night and day. When I called to schedule our appointment, I explained what had happened at our previous office. The team listened, reassured me, and even took the time to carefully re-evaluate my oldest child's previous examination instead of simply accepting it at face value. You can truly feel the caring, compassionate, and welcoming atmosphere here. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make children feel comfortable and parents feel heard.
