For now I’ve been choosing the chemical only plan. And I clean myself. It’s always pristine, and I don’t need to worry about adding chemicals!! They have even been gone above and beyond when I couldn’t make it to the filter due to being out of town. All the staff is very professional and friendly! Priced right! Highly recommended! Very happy
Our original pool person became ill and Happy Pool stepped up to the plate for us. I am so impressed with their work. Our pool is always clean; they show up regularly and when they are supposed to. Everything is cleaned and they notify me when it is time to change filters. I cannot express how great this company is.
We were having a birthday pool party for my daughter on Saturday. The Pool was looking a slight haze of green. I reached out to Happy Pool & Spa at 4pm on a Friday to see if they could pull off a miracle. I spoke with Caitlyn and she worked her magic. Chase raised his hand & was called in last minute to clean the pool. They both saved the day. Chase was awesome. He cleaned every area of the pool & had to make some adjustments to the pool chemicals as well. Best cleaner I’ve seen (I’ve owned 3 pools). They are now our weekly pool management team.
