I have been dealing with Quantico for approx 12 yrs. Every time I walk in the doors of Quantico HD, I am greeted with kindness and enthusiasm by the entire staff. Ethan my sales rep for both purchases was great throughout the entire experience from the test ride to the paperwork to delivery. He was knowledgeable and courtesy. He was able to get me on the bikes without breaking the bank. When I walk past the parts counter, seems like ole friends there, Arley, Becky And Don behind the counter always has a friendly greeting as well. Todd in Service- will tell it like it is and has an awesome sense of humor and laugh that makes you feel right at home. The girls in clothing sales make you feel welcomed. Other dealers may call themselves 'premier dealer' or 'largest dealer', or any number of grandiose descriptions. Harley-Davidson of Quantico is just simply... a motorcycle shop! We are passionate!!. We think that speaks for itself in our level of expert service, outstanding customer service, head bangin’ bada$$ custom motorcycles, and most of all... in our people. We get it! Great experience purchasing a used bike from here. Ethan was great throughout the experience from the test ride to the paperwork. The team as a whole was awesome, no pressure, and made the process easy. Shout out to Mike for opening up on a day they were closed so I could pick up the bike. Would definitely buy from them again.
Todd at the service department is awesome! He knows what he’s talking about and gives candid recommendations. I was looking to get my bike tuned after installing a slip on and air intake. Looks like I’ll be taking my bike to Todd. ❤️❤️
