Nice and new hotel, the rooms are beautiful and modern. A big plus for us was that there were few people and no children, so the hotel was really quiet and had a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the driveway to the hotel is really terrible and it spoils the overall impression a bit. In our opinion, the wellness is the weakest part of the hotel. There are 2 small jacuzzis, 1 sauna and 1 steam room, everything is really very small. The wellness is also located underground near the garages, where it is cold. In addition, you look directly at the wall from the jacuzzi, so there is no pleasant view or atmosphere. Overall, we expected much more from the wellness. On the other hand, the outdoor pool is great and has a beautiful view. It is absolutely great for summer, but in winter I think you will freeze there. 😄 The breakfasts at the hotel were excellent, we really enjoyed them. We also went to the Happy Valley hotel next door for food, where we were satisfied. Overall a nice new hotel, big plus for the peace, few people, no children, excellent breakfast and a beautiful outdoor pool. However, the wellness and the driveway definitely have room for improvement.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. Opening the pool during such a hot day was pure pleasure – a total chill-out, an intimate atmosphere (with only a handful of guests), and a truly refined atmosphere. The beds are medium-firm. Breakfasts are fantastic, and an additional plus is the selection of four dishes prepared in the open kitchen. I'm attaching the current menu and prices for illustrative purposes only. The spa area (sauna and jacuzzi) unfortunately lacks atmosphere – unless you really like a raw, industrial style in relaxation areas. The pool area, for adult guests who want to relax without noise and children, does the job ;-) The pool is divided into 40 swimming pools and 60 paddling pools. A little musical suggestion: if you decide to play background music by the pool, albums by Hotel Costes (Stéphane Pompougnac) will fit perfectly. We will definitely be back! Best regards

The facility is new, and so far, it's in poor condition. - The shower stalls are leaky. Water spills out and floods the rest of the bathroom. - The tap water was slightly yellow throughout my stay. - There was often no hot water at 7 a.m. – it also happens in other rooms, and mine was out of hot water. The options were either a cold shower or a later hike. - A pet-friendly hotel – great! But why are all the rooms and hallways lined with soft carpets? Building B, a hallway on the fourth floor – there are already some yellow dog urine stains on the floor, which no one cleans up. No one touched them during my entire stay. At this price – absolutely unacceptable. - The room cleaning service, which, according to the reviewer, changes towels and takes out trash daily, never came to me. I asked at the reception desk once, but to no avail. I asked again, and finally someone showed up. Did it get better in the following days? No. - There isn't a single trash can outside the hotel, along the street, or near the outdoor parking lot. The hotel is located off the beaten track, so arriving without a car is pointless. Parking on the hotel grounds, of course, requires an additional fee of 50 PLN per night. Couldn't this be included in the room rate, or at least added during the booking process, like other additional options? Welcoming new guests with an additional fee leaves a bad impression right from the start. The hotel is very modern, with a great view and a very good breakfast. It has the potential to be a very decent place to relax, but unfortunately, so far, many things need improvement, and the price is inadequate for the quality.
