I am a dentist wimp. After a life of bad gums and, as a result, bone and teeth issues, I am hesitant to go to a new dentist. But, I moved cross country and had no choice. Dr Adams is AMAZING. Kind, gentle, knowledgeable and attentive. Actually, the whole team are awesome (shout out to Carrie, my new hygienist). From the time I walked in the front door. I felt at home. I highly recommend this group!
These guys were GREAT! The office staff was very happy and helpful. The dentist and his assistant were very kind and careful. I was happy to have had my first dental visit here since moving back from Phoenix, Az. Definitely going back.
I went in to have a filling done. What I was told would be about a $100.00 out of pocket procedure. The dentist asked if I would like to have some other filling done while he was in there. I said yes. He never mentioned that that would increase my out of pocket expense to $738.00. That was my biggest surprise. I got home and called to cancel any future appointments and to get a copy of my bill. The office staff hung up on me. Nothing like preying on the elderly with a fixed income. Now I have a credit card bill to try to pay. I don’t need my teeth if I have no food. Update still nothing from this dentist. Here’s a picture of the quality of care you can expect from them. I’ve had 3 teeth cleanings from them for a total of $675.00 and on my right is how they left my teeth. On my left is my teeth after the last and final visit with them. When the dentist ask why you haven’t been there in so long.? This is why. I’ve lived here for 35 years and have yet to find a competent dentist. I’m just gonna let my teeth go until they fall out. I can’t trust any of them. Still nothing from the dentist or the office. How many times have they done this to others. If you are one post it so others can see.
