We have purchased several cows and pigs over the years and they have used several different meat packing places to process. Harvester Meat Company by far had the best packaging and labeling of any meat processing places that we have used. Highly recommend them for their quality packaging and labeling!
Did a great job with our meat! Friendly and helpful staff. Clean environment.
We had a hog processed there. The curing process suxed. Ruined the meat. The bacon was either to salty or tasted like fresh side. Had to throw the ham out. Sausage is pretty good though. Will not be returning any business there.
