I had scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up. When I inquired, I was told they would look into it and call me back. I never received a response. If there were negative stars, they would get five.

Edit: WARNING TO EVERYONE!! After more than two weeks, my neighbor still hasn't received an invoice. She also hasn't received any mail regarding the "missing" €95. This clearly indicates a scam. I would give zero stars if I could, even though it doesn't affect me personally. My neighbor scheduled an appointment to have her old stove/oven removed and a new one installed. The appointment was set for 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. At 12:15 PM, after calling to inquire, they said they would call the technician. He then said he would arrive 40 minutes later. A call-out fee of €69 was quoted beforehand. When the technician arrived, he charged a total of over €420 for a 20-minute job. For removing one stove and installing a new one, mind you. When I asked where the technician was from, so we could understand why the costs were so high, he became extremely rude, evasive, and raised his voice. When I told him we needed a receipt with a detailed breakdown of the costs, he pointed out that this had already been provided and the invoice would be sent by email. He claimed the client had already signed and that he still wanted his €95. We said he would receive the money, but we wanted the receipt first. When the client had previously asked if she could transfer the remaining balance, he rudely refused. He only accepted cash. When I suggested we could also involve the police, he became angry and suddenly disappeared, without the remaining €95. When we called to complain about this technician and clarify the invoice amount, we were told she could send an email. This doesn't exactly inspire confidence.

The young electrician is incredibly polite and competent! I'm so glad he's available! He's also very reasonably priced. I was extremely satisfied. Best regards, Gerti from Amorbach
