Came here today for my prescriptions and got them in the same day! Service was awesome will definitely recommend anyone in the area if you’re looking for a pharmacy that won’t make you wait come here! awesome service and Dr. Joseph T. Lee was amazing and very plugged into the community thanks again !!
The pharmacist, Mr. Lee, was excellent in getting the specialty medicine that I needed. I highly recommend this pharmacy for the customer service and his friendly manner and excellent customer service.
Excellent place in a pinch, reliable and personable staff in the gentleman whom runs it. *Edit* I had to add some post script facts: This establishment isn’t just excellent in a “pinch” this is now my pharmacy. Dr Lee and staff are the personification of a classic pharmacy model, not what we’ve become accustomed to in soulless corporate shills like CVS or Walgreens. Whereas these places listed above treat you like a number, and an annoying one at that, Health RX remembers your name and order. They know your filling habits, your face, and what your usual prescriptions are. And they will chat with you a little bit, before sending you on your way. Gone are the days of “confusion”, misplaced scripts, out of stock notifications after days of status message being “in progress” and other greatest hits from the big boys in the pharmacy business. Smaller independent run business are the way to go in my opinion, not only because of the Goliath points above, but to keep the money in your community and like plants watering, nurturing, and supporting local business in general. Especially in the current times we live, this philosophy should be followed across the board. Pay a fraction more to shop locally, that doesn’t apply to HealthRX though because the prices are optimal. Thank you Dr Lee and associates for serving the community for a good number of years and providing a consistent level of customer care and service unheard of in modern days.
