Driver was on time, got us from Gatwick to Heathrow safely. Car was heavily perfumed, presumably to cover up cigarette smoke, to the point that it was almost nauseating. Driver was supposed to meet us at arrivals with a name plaque, I believe we payed extra for this, but instead had us track him down in front of the car park. Again, most importantly, was on time and got us to our destination safely.
The process was very straightforward and even though I had to change my plans twice they quickly confirmed my changes wanting me to be assured of my service needed. Our driver Mr Faris was prompt courteous and very pleasant. You are fortunate to have him represent you. I will continue my loyalty!
