The selection of meats is top-notch, the quality is phenomenal, and the staff are just so knowledgeable and welcoming. Used online shop after recommendation from Caroline Somers. Package arrived in great condition with minimal amount of thawing, everything was fine though. Filets were so tender and flavorful! Burgers were delicious!!
These guys do it right! Huge selection of incredible quality cuts. Made Wagyu smash burgers last night for friends …perfect! Cannot wait to get into the tri-tip this weekend. They have the most environmentally sound packaging I have ever seen.
