There were some heavy set backs initially. My original appointment at the New Braunfels branch was a bust when my insurance was entered wrong by the front desk (her own admission) on top of her entering my phone number wrong as well. After a few phone calls it was all fixed and I was finally able to see Mariana Ontiveros at the Kyle location, and she was beyond amazing. No clinic is perfect and I understand that, so it was refreshing when Ms Mariana made it all better. I will not let the first set of hiccups be my only impression of Hillside Primary Care, I still do recommend them on the notion that they will follow thru and handle any issues with professionalism.

Mrs Mariana Ontiveros was great! I was wanting to be established at a facility for all my primary care needs. She made the process so easy and made me feel comfortable. Erica at the front desk was also so friendly and professional

The entire call center is outsourced, meaning prepare for a wild ride. The first time I called, I couldn’t understand the person because her dogs were barking wildly in the background. The second caller disconnected me. The third caller told me to email my insurance to the wrong address. The fourth told me to email to a different address and never called back to explain my appointment had been pushed back and hour and half past its scheduled time. I thought it was cancelled by that point. Apparently it was not. Finally saw the doctor and haven’t received any emails about my lab work. There’s no patient portal and I get a different answer as to where my labs are each time I call. Would never recommend this experience to anyone. Use ZocDoc instead and avoid this horrible headache of a place.
