Hillside PrimaryCarePROVerified business?

There were some heavy set backs initially. My original appointment at the New Braunfels branch was a bust when my insurance was entered wrong by the front desk (her own admission) on top of her entering my phone number wrong as well. After a few phone calls it was all fixed and I was finally able to see Mariana Ontiveros at the Kyle location, and she was beyond amazing. No clinic is perfect and I understand that, so it was refreshing when Ms Mariana made it all better. I will not let the first set of hiccups be my only impression of Hillside Primary Care, I still do recommend them on the notion that they will follow thru and handle any issues with professionalism.

Mrs Mariana Ontiveros was great! I was wanting to be established at a facility for all my primary care needs. She made the process so easy and made me feel comfortable. Erica at the front desk was also so friendly and professional

Switched/closed the office without notifying me and I called to find out information and they said they left two voicemails. I have no such voicemails. This is very disappointing as I would have scheduled with someone else had I known. Poor patient services.
