So the hotel location is great. Located downtown near lots of restaurants walking distance. The views from the 7th floor were great. The issue that I had was finding bed bug crawling while I was in bed. The hotel relocated me into a new room that wasn’t clean properly. There were hair from other guests on the bathroom wall and on the floor. I truly didn’t enjoy this stay. As a diamond member who travel a lot for work I will try to avoid this hotel and this overnight just because of the bed bug that I’m scared of bringing back home. Good point for the restaurant and Carl the chef who made me a great omelette and French toast. There is a mural of the show The Office near by

Mixed reviews on this for me. After a 17 hour drive I would have slept in a card boad box so take this as you like. And 3 of my party are still sleeping...so we were tired. So stay here if you're exhausted and its a pit stop...or if you are attached to the name / logo. But four things to know 1. Parking is off site at 16 dollars a day. Its close and a covered garage. 2. Breakfast is 20$ but it is on par with I have seen at other hotels, where its free. Sleep in, dont bother to do their buffet. Save you money and just eat a local place. 3. Spa is nice, pool is cold for whimps like me. But the random kids didn't seem to mind. 4. Shampoo and conditioner in shower. Its actually pretty good. Over all...we just needed to sleep somewhere on our way to Boston. But I would not choose this place again.

The location is great. Everything I wanted or needed is within walking distance. Steam Town was the farthest at just about a mile. Tons of places to eat within a few blocks. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only problem is the ice machine on 2 is not working. I love ice in my drink, especially water. I reported it to the front desk, but it still isn't working.
