Worst experience ever. Avoid at all costs! Booked in advance for a family trip, but the driver was extremely rude and demanded an extra $20 for luggage, threatening not to leave. Its just 20dollars and we are late. Also not help for lugguage, we have two little one. The bus was old, hot, and smelly. Save your money and just use Grab. Zero stars if I could.
Booked airport pickup and communication was great from the moment we landed. Driver even met us at the arrivals hall and escorted us to his vehicle, which we hadn’t expected. Overall an excellent service.
The car was clean; the driver was friendly. It was easy to change my return pick-up time over the phone. The driver was waiting at the airport on time as agreed when I arrived. Recommended using this service again on our next traveling.
