Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston - Cambridge byIHGPROVerified business?

The lady who checked us in was absolutely amazing. Her name is Autumn. Upon check in she asked if we were members, we informed her we were not. She helped us sign up and become members which got us $20 off parking, she then said since we became members she could offer us an upgrade on our room and upgraded us from a standard room to a very beautiful suite. I am very pleased with this hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here. Up the road we were able to find a nice parking garage with very nice rates to park our car and be able to take the subway to explore the town.

Location is tricky to get in and out of, being forced to make a U-turn from one side of traffic. The entrance ramp isnt as steep as it looks, but the exit of the hotel is a hard pass if you have a lowered car. It would be impossible to get out with some of the rides ive had; even stock height on my caddy had me nervous. The hotel itself though, fantastic! No complaints at all!

I recently stayed at this property while traveling through Boston with my family of four. We liked that the location was easy to find and there was adequate and convenient parking. The continental breakfast offerings were adequate and the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Overall, we considered this to be an okay place to stay except there was a lot of noise from adjacent rooms which interrupted our sleep and the AC was touchy.
