Average 3-Star Hotel Front Desk Services – 3/5 Upon arrival, instead of a welcoming greeting, we were asked “Check-in or check-out?”. Aside from this first impression, there is nothing else significant to add. Room Cleanliness – 4/5 The housekeeping team does a very good job overall. One point is deducted due to unwashed wine glasses and a cup in the room; otherwise, the room and public areas were spotlessly clean. In-Room Facilities & Maintenance – 1/5 Several maintenance issues significantly affected the stay: a missing toilet brush; the bathtub drain stopper could not be removed without a knife; chewing gum under the sink in the bathroom; an outdated kettle (still functional); a poorly fixed bathroom faucet; silicone and grout clearly showing wear and tear; no ventilation or heating in the bathroom (we stayed in February 2026). On the positive side, the beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent in both speed and signal. Breakfast – 5/5 Very good quality with a solid basic selection. I assume that during high season the buffet offers a wider variety. Special thanks to the Front Desk team for the early check-in and the complimentary late check-out until 14:00. Also, many thanks to the housekeeping team and the breakfast staff—always friendly and smiling. I would recommend booking directly via the IHG app, as the rate is slightly better than through other agencies. A great added benefit is the complimentary late check-out until 14:00. The hotel offers its own parking spaces, which is very convenient, especially since the property is located outside the city center. At the reception bar, you can purchase beverages such as coffee or beer (from €1.90), as well as other drinks. Snacks (sandwiches, etc.) are available from a vending machine. The hotel is relatively well connected to the city center by bus and metro. A bus ride to the nearest metro station (Line 10) costs €1.50 per person, plus the metro fare. I would also recommend checking Uber or Bolt, as prices can sometimes be 20–40% cheaper than public transportation.

Good 3 star hotel, practical, simple, fast check in. Recommend to register at IHG group to get late check out, until 14. Better if you have a car, trains are far away and Uber/bolt to Madrid gets quite expensive.
