Hi since my husband Binu Thomas is not able to reply on the review reply. I am putting again. Our experience was pathetic. We ordered a 4 seater dining table set for our new house. End moment they said product is not available and did not deliver it. It has been more than 1 month we haven’t received our refund. every email and every customer care call, we are getting a reply that in 2 days we will update and no update is received. so, pls dont tell us to reach out to your customer support. As next step we will be moving to consumer court. Anybody who is looking to buy from them pls dnt. they will take your money and will not deliver the product and not refund you also

Really a bad experience on buying a dining table. First they were not able to fulfil the order and told me they will be refunding the amount. Instead of refunding on my CC, they asked for cancellation cheque and pan card. Now its been more than 30 days and I haven’t received the refund. This company is fraud where they will trick you to buy furniture and post which they will call you and tell they are unable to fulfil the order. Will take this matter to court now. 21/04 I’ve already sent an email to below address on 10 april 2026. All i’ve been receiving revert is “wait for 2 days”. I’ve received 5 such emails saying the same thing and no concrete resolution has been provided. Really a pathetic experience and a waste of time, energy and money.

very bad experience with them. Delivered the breakage product & after that no responsibility towards that. Even we wrote to their helpline mail ID but no revert from their also. Even their supervisor Archana Dubey told she would not help in this.
