During my most recent conversation, a manager named Buffy refused to provide her last name when asked. After multiple attempts to resolve this directly with the hotel, I am still without a satisfactory explanation or resolution. Customer service and accountability matter. If there is a deposit requirement or billing issue, guests deserve clear communication and meaningful assistance when questions arise. After everything that happened, I was left feeling like the treatment I received may have had more to do with who I am than with standard business practices. I can’t say that for certain, but that is how the experience left me feeling.

Price gouging during college World Series. Stayed 5 days Glass door for shower would not stay closed. Toilet tan but I knew how to fix it instead of having service person come in our room. Some kind of coffee/tea was in room. It was awful. Employee replaced it easily with real coffee. We placed postcards on the mailing rack and they were never picked up after 3 days. We took them home. We are in our 70’s. Needed a rubber mat for shower. Was very slippery. Wife almost fell. Ask employee about a rubber mat , she said she didn’t know if they had one??? Huh?? Said she would check on it. Never got one. People staying for college World Series needed to wash clothes. One washing machine was out of order. Ladies were not happy. I was told that there was a ticket out on it. Well that’s great. Homewood really has to charge for parking after paying 700$ a night for a room?? Staff was excellent. Breakfast very good. Don’t care for those eggs though. Good fitness room.

A disgraceful disgusting hotel with bed bugs, smelly rooms, unopen windows A graceful money minded hotel. Disgrace to Omaha warren buffet honest legacy. Buffey and the staffs promised me they will refund me for my duplicated doubled booked, but then as soon as I booked for another new booking, they refused to refund my first booking. A hotel that doesn’t keep their words. Then the cleanliness sucks. Bathroom clot with waters easily, slippery. Carpet smells, can’t open the windows. Breakfast finished at 9 same boring unhealthy food everyday. Do yourself a favour and book for other hotels. I will be legal taking legal actions with this hotel
