Wondering how it got 4.7 rating in google. Long wait time to pick up bike in for service, also not picking in order each one is working as per their wish and showing off like too busy where all customers came there as they don't have any other work. Odd entries one guy is taking in and even one guy is taking in buth one will go sooner and another will go slow if your bike went in the slow line then wait time will increase more than normal. In first service bike's shining itself had gone as they cleaned with ugly cloth and next day I gave a water wash outside to get back 50% of the shine. Yes, as mentioned in another comment they are adding unwanted things in free service for new bikes also. For just 3k odo count they are blackmailing to change oil else warranty will be void. Honda Bigwing's 7 years warranty is not for their product or customers, instead it is purely for their service looting. Whatever you ask why they will black mail you like if you skip this your warranty will be void and in future if you claim anything we will recommenf to reject the claim. It's very rude and direct blackmailing and Honda should share a clear guidelines to be followed with both customers and their employees. Honda is lacking in service center counts and having good employees. Both pickup and delivery of bikes are very much time consuming here. Unnecessary waiting time. Servicing here is common for all bikes and if you dont ask anything they will add more also but it should be based on the bike's condition and customer's need. Warranty is playing as broker for service center's money looting. Honda should really take care of this else they will loose their credibility soon. @Honda Bigwing we need more options fir servicing and don't want to be dependent on one center for more radius. We have to choose the best service center which suits for us instead of getting looted. Get paid for good things. Some fittings issue also i just noticed and attached, not sure about its fine or not but @Honda should claim in warranty whatever happens since I obeyed their warranty blackmails.

Wondering how it got 4.7 stars .They cannot keep track of customer requirements.Could not change tyres of my RS 350 for the last 6 months. Customer executive says they have rear tyre and u reach the service centre they say no stock.Shameless set of people just stands there and has no answers for your queries.
