I had such a beautiful experience at Hope Island Beauty and Medispa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. My therapist was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive — she really took the time to understand my skin and explain the treatment in a way that made me feel completely comfortable and confident. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I genuinely felt cared for every step of the way. When I looked in the mirror afterwards, my skin was glowing — fresh, radiant, and so smooth. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend Hope Island Beauty and Medispa to anyone wanting professional care with a truly personal touch.

I booked for myself and my mum to have treatments for Mother’s Day. I had booked the facial with head, neck and shoulder massage. It was booked for 60 minutes but it started 10 mins late and then finished early too, only went for approx 45 mins. No massage at all. Despite the package advertising head, neck and shoulder massage. No consultation done with me, no communication, no idea what products were used. When I expressed my concerns around the experience I was offered a $9 discount. Not a good experience

Had a genuinely very nice experience. Yasmeen was highly professional, greeted me well, offered tea&water. The place looks really nice, tidy and clean. Yasmeen took my needs and requests into consideration and it was one of the best relaxation massages I’ve had. Highly recommend her! (I got a 60 minutes Swedish relaxation massage).amazing service, will be coming back!
