Stayed at 5 Nights it's a good location to stay..rest not worth it. Housekeeping was so bad. Never make up the bed or change the bed sheets even requested and kept the signage to do so. Monica and Martin was helpful.

I want to share a truly terrifying and unforgettable experience my family had during our holiday stay at this hotel in Prague. We chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location, within walking distance of most tourist attractions. Unfortunately, what happened on our last day completely overshadowed the trip. We stepped out of our room briefly, and when we returned, we noticed the door was not fully closed. To our shock, we could hear someone taking a shower inside our bathroom. We were too frightened to enter, so we waited outside. When the man finished, he simply walked out of our room without saying a word. We immediately reported the incident to reception and showed them a video. Instead of taking the situation seriously, the receptionist suggested that perhaps we hadn’t closed the door properly, implying it was our fault. We were told there were no available rooms to move us to and advised to call the police only if anything had been stolen. That night, my husband had to barricade the door with our suitcases just so we could feel safe enough to sleep, as there was no secondary lock from the inside. The next morning, before checking out, we raised the issue again. The receptionist said she had heard about it. When my husband tried to offer feedback and suggestions to improve guest safety, she casually responded that they “knew the guy” and had called the police about him before. This response was deeply concerning and unacceptable. It made us feel that guest safety is not taken seriously at all. If you are planning to visit Prague and want peace of mind during your stay, I strongly recommend choosing a different hotel. This place felt extremely unsafe, with easy access from a busy road allowing anyone to enter and exit freely. This was a very distressing experience for our family, and I hope sharing it helps others stay safe🙏.

English Review Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel left us with a very negative impression. The only positive aspects we can mention are the hotel’s convenient location and the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The hotel is located above a main road, while the parking garage is situated underneath a shopping center. This is extremely inconvenient for guests traveling with luggage, as you must first travel up three levels from the underground parking area and then walk approximately 100 meters to reach the hotel entrance. Upon arrival, there was no practical place to stop near the hotel, so we were forced to leave our vehicle temporarily in a prohibited area with the hazard lights on. As a result, we may even receive a parking fine. During check-in, we were assisted by a receptionist with short blonde hair. Despite explaining our situation and politely asking for a parking access card so that we could park properly before completing the registration process, there was no willingness to help or show understanding. The fact that we were forced to violate parking regulations and obstruct other vehicles seemed to be of no concern. Guests are only provided with a parking card after paying a €20 deposit. In addition, parking costs €25 per day, and finding an available parking space is extremely difficult because most spaces are occupied. Guests should be prepared for these additional costs and inconveniences. The check-in process itself was also very slow. We were not allowed to receive our room key until identification documents for every guest had been provided. The entire process took much longer than expected. After checking in, everything was relatively fine until 3:00 a.m., when intoxicated young guests were running through the hallways shouting and making excessive noise. They later continued the disturbance inside their room. It seemed that nobody was monitoring guest behavior or maintaining order within the hotel. The following evening, the same situation occurred around 10:00 p.m. We eventually had to knock on their door ourselves, and only around 11:00 p.m. did the noise finally stop. I would also like to mention a serious security concern. The hotel’s entrance doors do not appear to be properly secured, meaning that virtually anyone from the street can enter the building. Considering that the reception desk is often left unattended, this raises significant concerns regarding the safety of guests and their belongings. One additional positive point was the breakfast, which was reasonably good. Unfortunately, even the check-out process was frustrating. We returned our room key and informed the receptionist that we would first move our car out of the parking garage and then immediately return the parking access card. She was fully aware that we would be back within just a few minutes. However, when I returned to hand over the card, the reception desk was completely unattended. I called several times, but nobody answered. I eventually had to run to the third floor, where breakfast was being served, and ask other employees to help locate a staff member. During this entire time, our car was once again forced to remain in a prohibited area with the hazard lights on, putting us at risk of receiving a parking ticket. This was especially frustrating because the staff had been informed in advance that we would be returning shortly. When I finally found a receptionist with short brown hair and explained that I urgently needed to return the card, instead of offering assistance, she complained that I was interrupting her coffee break. According to her, she was entitled to have her coffee. Such behavior toward guests is highly unprofessional. Overall, I would rate this hotel 3/10. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet stay, quality service, proper security, and attentive customer care.
