Worst hotel experience ever. No power backup at all, and the management doesn't care about guest comfort. The food is ridiculously overpriced and the quality is poor. Even basic things like drinking water are charged unfairly. The staff is more focused on extracting money from customers than providing any actual service. Completely unprofessional management, terrible hospitality, and zero value for money. This place feels like a trap for tourists rather than a hotel. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The hotel has a decent location and a good view, nothing else is worth paying. These are non AC rooms ( they say that the weather is so nice that you wont need an AC, which is not true. If you are coming from Delhi/Haryana, you will definitely need an AC atleast during the daytime when its sunny. ) The hotel doesn’t really has staffs, there is no operational kitchen, room services are worst. If you are taking this hotel be prepared to run extra mile to just get food, forget about everything else lae. If you are booking from booking.com stop immediately. They have brokers who will ask you to pay 30% as advance saying this will confirm booking and posses as the hotel people. Later at checkin, the hotel will take advance payment. worst hotel ever.

The property is new, has clean rooms but there is no AC in the rooms due to which we were not able to take a proper sleep as the rooms were quite humid in summer. hotel is located in a peaceful place with peaceful valley view. *Hotel staff is very rude. The man at reception is always on call instead of being at reception, and unbothered about their guests. Talks badly and looks irresponsible towards guests. They even charged us extra price for the room. So you must book from the booking.com or other apps.
