The staff here is absolutely amazing and they are the most trustworthy people in the service industry. They always take such good care of our aging retriever and communicate anything that might be concerning with her health or things going on around the house. We never wonder how our dog’s day went, they keep us fully in the loop and follow instructions to the T. We appreciate the owner and the staff beyond measure.
We used Housebound Hounds recently when we went on a trip for several days. Nate and his team did a wonderful job caring for our dogs while we were away. He made sure to set up an introductory visit so that I could meet the care team before we left. Every day we were gone, we received a message via the app they use to communicate. I received photos and details about each pet visit. My dogs were healthy and happy when we returned. I will definitely use Housebound Hounds again.
I’m very brand new but so far the service has been beyond awesome!! Nate has done an absolutely incredible job with my two mini aussies, one who is aggressive to strangers. He has been so patient and incredible with me my dogs and espeically the aggressive one. He definitely has a kind and compassionate way that my dogs can feel and appreciate as well. Thank you for your outstanding service so far and hopefully will continue into the future! Highly recommend.
