I requested their services two weeks ago and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Irene Randall, the Business Development Manager, had poor communication throughout the process, which caused significant delays in opening my business as I was relying on their support. Overall, I would not recommend their services.
Booked a building safety inspection along with our annual extinguisher safety check. The safety inspection was included on the invoice and PAID IN ADVANCE of the inspection. Afterwards I received an invoice for just the building inspection. I contacted the firm and they agreed it had been paid, and assured me they would give me a credit note. Subsequently I have received demand after demand for payment. I have repeatedly told them that I have a credit note to the value of the inspection, but they seem unable to use the credit note to pay the invoice. Now I have received a default notice.....looking forward to seeing these muppets in court.
Be careful at what stage you employ these guys…if you let them,they will force their way into your property and do half a job then charge you for the full job…giving you false reasons why it’s ok to do the works half way through a job .stay well clear. I see they’ve already got some good ratings… So we can’t be the only ones
