One-star experience: incomplete order, repeated errors, and no confirmed delivery date I placed a $1,637.04 linen order with Hotel Supplies Depot on July 17. Before ordering, I called to confirm everything was in stock and was told it would ship within four to five business days. I received no shipping confirmation or update. I emailed on July 24 and received no response. The company only contacted me after I disputed the charge. On August 3, five packages were left unattended outside our motel office without my signature. I had ordered 60 hand towels, but the packages contained only 30. HSD acknowledged that the manufacturer entered the quantity incorrectly. The 60 washcloths had not shipped, and the bath towels were shipped separately weeks after the order was placed. After several days of emails, HSD still could not provide a confirmed shipping date for the remaining 30 hand towels or 60 washcloths. When I requested a discount for the delays, incorrect quantities, and poor communication, the company instead brought up additional shipping charges it had not collected and still did not provide a final total. I asked for a firm delivery date and final all-inclusive price before accepting the remainder. Rather than provide either, HSD canceled the order, instructed me to refuse the incoming shipment, and said it would retrieve the hand towels already delivered. This order involved missed timelines, unanswered communication, incorrect quantities, changing explanations, and no firm completion date after three weeks. I would not recommend this company, especially if you need merchandise by a specific date.

SCAM!! I wish I had read reviews. We placed an order and have not received it. No One answers the phone when I call. Calling Credit Card company now

Zero stars……… we were taken for 2 grand ordered curtain rods in Oct 24 told they were back ordered pre paid now over a year later no curtain rods or response back by phone or email ! This place is a fraud we do plan to take further action ! Please do not get scammed like us
