My wife and I had read an article by Brit on the Move about a city tour in Belfast of the peace walls. I reached out to her to get more information on the tour company she used and she was extremely responsive and helpful and got us in touch with an amazing tour company. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and are grateful for the help we received!
Brit on the Move tells it like it is. Beware of UTO Vacations. The factual description of UTO Vacations unscrupulous, unethical, greedy treatment of customers who have paid in full for trips, services canceled due to Covid but NOT refunded is sadly true. My experience with booking 2 people to China with UTO Vacations ( canceled due to Covid) has been infuriating. My phone calls requesting my money back ignored. Being kept on hold forever, then sent to v/m or disconnected, for months! Told I could only get a credit ( for much more expensive trip) which would expire at their convenience. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars. I’m going to try again thanks to BRIT’S suggestions. Dorothy Elayne
With the overload of info and options out there in travel today it can be very overwhelming trying to narrow everything down. Nikki was our saving grace. She literally breaks everything down for you and offers a comprehensive itinerary from start to finish. It is so refreshing to get guidance from someone who has actually been to the destination you are interested in. You can ask her anything! She has done it all! Nikki dots EVERY I and crosses every T. She is a stickler for detail and loves sharing her travel with all of us so we can navigate it with ease. I literally can go on her website and search for where I want to go and BOOM if she has been there (which she probably has) there is a laundry list of useful information with what to dos and what to don'ts. I can go on and on. I will use Brit on the Move on all my future travels.
