What a superb job! Highly recommend the Mega Gates team. From the initial complimentary consultation to the installation, they were and stayed very professional and seamless. Sunny and the team provided a perfect customer service from Day 1. As we had zero knowledge nor expectation about the gate installation, Sunny walked us through and immediately dispatched the consultation team (led by Daniel, thank you!) after the initial call. She further guided us on the right wood type, the color/type of stain and sealer and even how many coats would be proper, and promptly adjusted the quotes multiple times as our demands varied. The great customer service didn't end there, but went beyond. The team never hesitated to provide answers and explanations for us every time we had small to big questions and kept us promptly informed and sent pictures/videos every stage of their work. Communication was so pleasant and easy and the team ended up expediting the process so we can show the proper gate to our out-of-town guests. We are extremely happy with the end product. Thank you very much for your great services, if not the greatest! And our special thanks to Sunny!
