This was the best trip that I’ve ever taken to Portland and I have been on several. The reservation, the instructions on what to do, and the communication when we landed on the plane, were super easy. We had no problem finding our shuttle driver. Our driver was very helpful and friendly. It was one of our best experiences because the shuttle took us directly to the home where we were staying in Salem, Oregon. I highly recommend the shuttle service and will be definitely be using it again!

From the initial booking to the minute I was dropped off at my destination, my experience was easy, trouble-free, and top notch! Portland Express kept me well informed, eased all my worries by reaching out with confirmations ahead of time, and no surprises or hidden last-minute charges My driver Alan was on time, SO polite, personable and hospitable, i felt i was getting a ride from a friend to the airport, rather than paying for some anonymous company to shuttle me around! The ride was smooth, the car clean, and very comfortable. I will be sure to call on Portland Express every time I need a ride in and out of PDX!

Alan provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, humble, and professional, making the entire journey stress free and enjoyable. The ride was smooth, he was punctual, and his positive attitude really stood out. What I appreciated most was that he went above and beyond by helping me with all of my luggage right up to the airline counter. That level of customer service made a huge difference and was genuinely appreciated. Thank you, Alan, for the excellent service and kindness. I highly recommend PDX Shuttle Service, and if you get Alan as your driver, you are in great hands!
